We at VetSkills offer three species specific Graduate Development Programmes for Farm, Small Animal & Equine.
Exclusive to XLVets, the programmes are open to all vets who have graduated within the last two years and who are working for XLVets practices. The core modules comprise 8 days training, bringing 12 graduates together to work as a team over the duration of the programme, sharing experiences and developing contacts.
