The XLVets Graduate Development Programme for Farm Vets brings up to 12 graduates together to work as part of a team over the duration of the course and to complete a project together. Plenty of opportunity is given to share experiences and develop contacts; each graduate can also choose to be supported by a mentor from within XLVets, to help strengthen shared learning across the group.

The Farm: Transition Management, The Cow: Lameness Identification and First Aid Treatment
Module 3: Beef and Sheep Skills

Included: Key topics to diagnose, treat and prevent for the Beef & Sheep farmer; infertility and tightening the calving pattern; growth rates and production
Additional modules are available to give more depth to learning.
