Briefly the course comprises
The day is all about exceptional service with particular attention on clients needs and how we meet and exceed them. The main focus of the day is improving face to face and telephone communication with emphasis on where the whole practice team fits in achieving a service of excellence.
With a brief overview of dealing with difficult clients and delicate situations it is a fun, lively and interactive day with a number of different exercises including presentations scenarios and workshop sessions.
