Our vision is by working together we can achieve so much more, and this starts the minutes that you join an XLVets practice from University and underpins the Small Animal Graduate Development Programme.
> The 8 day course includes exciting and innovative core modules designed to achieve excellence in practice, they are compulsory to attend, to help you build a strong and collaborative peer network on the first day of the programme and throughout your career. We encourage graduates to keep in touch in between modules to keep learning.
> To help Graduates develop their skills, confidence and experience even further, the XLVet Graduate Programme offers participants the chance to be mentored throughout their first years in practice.
Graduates who have qualified within the last two years and are working in an XLVets Practice.

An 8 day course for graduates who have qualified within the last two years and are working in an XLVets practice.
Module 1: Survival Skills
> 8th & 9th October 2018
> Venue: Oxfordshire
> Included: Survival Skills, managing yourself and managing in practice, finance and time management.
Module 2: Emergency Management & Euthanasia
> 19th & 20th November 2018
> Venue: TBC
> Included: How to keep the animal alive and other common emergencies.
Module 3: Clinical Transition into Practice
> 21st & 22nd January 2019
> Venue: Derby
> Included: Practical pharmacology, Graduates in action and dermatology cases.
Module 4: Feline Medicine and Lameness
> 25th & 26th February 2019
> Venue: Oxfordshire
> Included: Feline & Canine medicine and lameness.
