    I was a little hesitant about doing the programme at first, in that although I am a member of our Senior Management Team, I am not a business owner, and wondered if this programme was mostly created for them. However, this turned out to be probably one of the most beneficial aspects in that the insights gained from each others perspectives throughout the experiential process facilitated a new level of learning that would not have been possible without.     Objectives of the course are to enable delegates to

    Briefly the course comprises
    A bespoke 7 day programme for developing business leadership skills in XLVets which encompasses 3 days on leading an effective team and leading people,
    2 days on business process leadership and customer leadership and;
    2 days on financial leadership and business planning.

    Module 1- 21st- 23rd November 2017
    Module 2- 9th & 10th January 2018
    Module 3- 6th & 7th February 2018

    This cost includes accommodation for 4 nights, Training services will contact delegates separately about their requirements.
