We know that it’s not always possible to attend our CPD events so, where possible, we’ll transfer you to the next available date that works for you and, if that’s not possible for you, we’ll offer you a refund. However, because we work with external trainers, hotels and venues who have cancellation policies of their own, any refunds are subject to the following terms:
Providing you give us more than twenty eight (28) days (includes weekends and bank holidays) notice you will receive a full refund as a VetSkills voucher. Vouchers are valid for 12 months and only redeemable against VetSkills courses.
Where you give us between twenty eight (28) and fifteen (15) days’ notice you will receive a refund of 60% as a VetSkills voucher. Vouchers are valid for 12 months and only redeemable against VetSkills courses.
Where you give us less than fifteen (15) days’ notice, no refund will be given.
Where you have booked accommodation through us, any refund will be subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel. In the event that a refund is available, you will receive a full refund.
VetSkills vouchers will be issued to your practice in the form of a credit note to use against another CPD event. This could be for a different course or member of the practice team.
We reserve the right to change the course speaker, course content specifics, date and venue of the courses.
Should we cancel any event, a place will be booked on the next available course within the next 12 months at no further cost to you. In the unlikely event that course isn’t run again, you will receive a full refund. We will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by you including travel and accommodation expenses.
