We know that it’s not always possible to attend our CPD events so, where possible, we’ll transfer you to the next available date that works for you and, if that’s not possible for you, we’ll offer you a refund. However, because we work with external trainers, hotels and venues who have cancellation policies of their own, any refunds are subject to the following terms:
Providing you give us more than twenty eight (28) days (includes weekends and bank holidays) notice you will receive a full refund.
Where you have booked accommodation through us, any refund will be subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel. In the event that a refund is available, you will receive a full refund.
Should we cancel any event, a place will be booked on the next available course. In the unlikely event that course isn’t run again, you will receive a full refund.
All cancellations must be received in writing via email to email@example.com – cancellation date will be taken as the date the email is received.
