Delivering Customer Excellence

Our Delivering Customer Excellence workshop is a bespoke day workshop that can be held at your practice for your client facing teams at all career stages. 

During the session, the trainer Bobbie Flight looks at client service from different angles, engaging in real life scenarios and interaction from the delegates. The workshop is presented in a light hearted but memorable and interesting way in order to keep attention focused on this integral part of practice communication.

The day is about exceptional service with particular attention on client’s needs and how to meet and exceed them.  The main focus of the day is improving face to face and telephone communication with emphasis on where the whole practice team fits in achieving a service of excellence.
